I practice Tai Chi to be in good shape both physically and mentally, after training, it is as if the day may well start all over again, energy stores are full. Great.
As a young man I got hold of a book on jiu-jitsu and here were some drawings and explanations which a schoolmate and I practiced, it was the beginning of an interest about what self-defense can be used for, later it was Karate.
Tai Chi is an exciting learning and acts as an inexhaustible universe of subtleties.
That there is a great camaraderie in the club, is just an added plus.
